The spaceThis property offers a complimentary pass for 1 vehicle to Moonshine Beach located on Table Rock Lake. (5 minute drive from the property/2.8 miles) This pass can be used as many times as you want during your stay from check in to check out.
Included are 2 Beach chairs and pool towels to take with you from the unit. (Please return chairs, towels, and pass to the unit when you check out) A fee will be assessed if the pass is not returned at checkout.
We are not responsible for any closures due to weather/flooding or any other reason. Moonshine Beach open season is from May 15-September 15. Hours- 7 days per week 9am-8pm.

A starter kit of supplies will be provided for you so you do not have to worry about bringing anything. This condo also provides travel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) Any additional supplies needed would need to be purchased for longer stays.
Fall Creek Resort is centrally located to many of Branson's attractions. Fall Creek Marina located 0.5 miles from this unit where there is public dock fishing, boat rentals, and rod & reel rentals. They also offer guides, have bait, tackle, snacks, and fuel available to purchase.

2 unassigned parking spaces just outside the door, 2 parking passes are located in the unit. The parking lot is shared with other buildings so parking spaces are first come first serve. There is a replacement fee for these passes if they are not left in the unit upon checkout.
Additional notesFor security purposes, there is one outdoor ring doorbell camera that records audio/video only when there's motion, and it cannot be blocked or tampered with. Any tampering is considered property damage.
