Inside, you’ll find a private bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a private bathroom with dual vanities and bathtub/shower combo, a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, washer and dryer along with a starter pack of laundry detergent for your convenience, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for your downtime. After a day of lake adventures, shopping, or making memories with family, come home to cool A/C and a peaceful night's sleep. This unit sleeps 4 adults, but also includes 2 queen air mattresses for children so it can sleep 6-8. (Maximum adults-4) The living room does host a queen size sleeper sofa.
-Coffee grounds and Keurig style coffee are both provided along with sugar and creamer.
Enjoy access to locals favorite- Moonshine Beach located 5 minutes from the property on Table Rock Lake during your stay. A complimentary pass is included with your rental. Spend the day relaxing on the sand, sandcastles, swimming, playground, volleyball courts, public restrooms, or enjoying a picnic just minutes from the unit. Its a perfect bonus for families and outdoor lovers. One pass per car, any additional vehicles will be $5. There are hiking trails near as well.
Typical dates open are May 15-September 15 from 9am-8pm depending on weather.

Additional notesYou are also just a short 15 minute drive to the top popular attractions riding roller coasters at Silver Dollar City or catching an unforgettable concert at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Conveniently located just minutes from Lake Taneycomo, Table Rock Lake, Branson Landing, & The Branson Strip (Route 76).
Amenities are located at the guest building at the front of the resort. These are not in the same building as the unit. A short drive or walk to enjoy the fun.

Security: Your safety matters!!
-1 Ring Doorbell is placed outside the front door facing outwards towards the parking lot. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed. No tampering or blocking camera - this will be considered property damage.
Trip Insurance:
We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel past your free cancellation window, you will be GLAD you did it! We are happy to provide any documentation on our end.
